- Each ‘Eligible Product’ purchased during the competition period entitles the purchaser to one entry into the Competition
- An Eligible Product is one produced and sold by Globe-Trotter that is constructed of Vulcanised Fibreboard (“VFB”) or Composite (i.e. Carbon Fibre, Forged Carbon Fibre or Flax).
- Any product from the following styles can be considered an Eligible Product; Miniature Case, Messenger Case, London Square, Jewellery Case, Watch Case, Vanity Case, Attache Case, Air Cabin, Trolley Case, Carry-On, Check-In, Suitcase, Trunk
- There is no limit to the number of competition entries an individual can receive in return for purchases of Eligible Products
- To receive a valid entry into the Competition, the purchaser must have an active account on the relevant local Globe-Trotter website i.e. globe-trotter.com, us.globe-trotter.com or jpn.globe-trotter.com
- The winner will be selected at random by a representative of the Promoter on 5th December at The Factory, Bingley Road, Hoddesdon, EN11 0NX
- The winner will be announced before midnight GMT on 10th December 2022
- The winner must accept their prize by midnight GMT 17th December 2022. In the event that prize is not accepted, the winner will be redrawn.
- Travel dates must be confirmed by winner before 31st March 2023
- Travel excludes Christmas, New Year and Easter periods.
- The competition prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancellation value once booked. The prize includes: 3 nights at Villa des Orangers and 2 nights at Kasbah Tamadot, private transfers, experiences, guiding, breakfast and economy class flights for two people. The Promoter reserves the right to change the hotels used during the tour to hotels of equivalent quality.
- The prize excludes:
- Any non-inclusive meals and beverages;
- any tips, room service, minibar, treatments and other costs and expenses at any hotel;
- any required official travel documents or visas (e.g. passport, visa, ESTA, etc.) or travel insurance;
- any other discretionary spending during the trip; and
- any taxes related to these excluded elements. The winner is solely responsible for making all arrangements in relation to obtaining and/or paying for the above items.
- The choice of flights, transfers, hotel and any other transportation, activities, tours or venues relating to the Prize shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. All flights, hotels, restaurants, transportation, and other date-specific bookings are strictly subject to availability.
- All trips must be completed during 2023. The winner must cooperate with the Promoter (Globe-Trotter) as reasonably required by the Promoter to agree the schedule and ensure that the trips are completed in 2023. If, for reasons outside the control of the Promoter, any of the trips are not completed within 2023, or are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the winner acknowledges and agrees that no further or replacement trip shall be organised, any untaken trips shall be forfeited and the Promoter shall have no further obligation or liability to the winner in relation to such forfeited elements of the Prize.
- All elements of the Prize must be taken as awarded and the winner is not entitled to receive any unused portion or element of the Prize.
- The winner must provide a valid major credit card or other acceptable form of payment requested by the hotel to pre-authorise any discretionary charges incurred during the stay.
- The winner must comply fully with all applicable laws and with the terms and conditions (including health and safety requirements) applicable to the hotel, the airline, the venues, the activities and all transport and other providers applicable to the Prize. The Promoter will have no liability to the winner if the winner is unable to receive the full benefit of the Prize or is denied entry to, or is asked to leave, any venue or transport as a result of a failure to abide by such terms or any applicable law or as a result of inappropriate behaviour.
- Globe-Trotter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, remove an entrant or withhold or modify a prize in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that Globe-Trotter has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner or entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of Globe-Trotter, any company associated with Globe-Trotter or any brand or product associated with either Globe-Trotter or any affiliate company of Globe-Trotter. Globe-Trotter shall not be required to provide any explanation in the event of it exercising any of its rights under this paragraph.
- The competition is open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Globe-Trotter and Black Tomato Limited, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion.
- The results of the competition prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition prize winner will be required to participate in post-event publicity connected to the award of the prize and subsequent trip.
- By registering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Globe-Trotter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses with you.
